Analyzed the current state of the m&a market in Russia, identified the key problems and causes of their occurrence. On the basis of analytical reports and information freely available, the key trends and prospects of the mergers and acquisitions market in Russia are revealed on the horizon of several years. The article also considers the current economic situation in the country and the prospects of its change. One of the main goals of mergers and acquisitions is to achieve synergy effect, when you create a new, integrated and more efficient company, not just combining the capabilities of two of its members, but allows us to make a qualitative leap in development.
Abstract: The article presents the most popular means of generating income through social networks. The problem of the lack of qualified labor in the framework of large enterprises is considered, since citizens began to prefer to work on the Internet without leaving their home. And also, the problem of excessive activity with earnings in social networks, which brings damage to the state, is considered.
