The meaning of leasing in the financing of agricultural enterprises

Abstract: In this paper we consider the problem of efficient use of leasing in financing of agricultural enterprises, which in light of recent events on the world political and economic stage is the most effective. The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of leasing in financing the activities of agricultural enterprises, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as to identify a set of measures aimed at increasing the role of leasing and practical significance.
Abstract: The article discusses the advantages of franchising as an enterprise system, its distinctive features. The characteristic of the development of franchising in Russia from the very beginning to the present time is given. Its influence on the economy of the country as a whole is analyzed. The current statistical data is given, allowing to study this kind of activity. The problems of the existence of franchising are discussed and measures for their elimination are suggested.

The problems of using the practice of applying option strategies on the Russian financial market

Abstract: The objective of this article is to study the possibility of practical application of option strategies “cash-secured put” and “cash-secured call” on the Russian financial market. The realization of these option strategies means carrying out hedging operations in the securities market. The article gives a general description of the option as a derivative and presents option pricing model. Also in order to achieve the established objective the article deals with the practical application of the designated option strategies using the coefficient “delta” of option contract. The author comes to the conclusion that successful realization of these option strategies on the Russian market takes place, but depends on a series of criteria.
