Abstract: In the modern world, the subject of IÑO is becoming extremely popular and relevant. It is said that it is a simple but at the same time uncontrollable way to attract the necessary funds for the organization. The market of ICO is so great that it cannot be ignored, that is why it becomes a significant part of the world of investments. In this article, we decided to focus on the example of Telegram Messenger, since the placement of Telegram will be the largest primary placement of crypto tokens (until now, it was Filecoin). Telegram is a platform for delivering encrypted data with a coverage of 200 million users and a large part of it are members of the cryptocurrency community. At the beginning of 2018 the messenger accepted applications for 3.8 billion dollars investments within the ICO.

Its inconsistency lies in the fact that it is based on the internationalization of the formation of world GDP, and the policy of forming a monopolistic global world, where the leader is the United States - one of the largest countries in terms of economic, military and political potential, uniting around itself the satellites, allies and implementing a de facto strategy of monopolarity. Special attention is also paid to the statements of leading politicians on this topic - participants of the world economic forum in Davos in 2017.

Analysis of the Russian market of mutual funds in 2017 and trends of its development

Abstract: This article presents an analysis of the Russian market of mutual investments in 2017 and trends in its development. The current state of the mutual fund market was researched, and possible reasons that influenced the development of the market were analyzed. The main market trends were also considered, including an increase in the share of pension savings within the assets of the funds, a reduction in the deposit rate, which led to an increase in demand in the mutual fund market and a general decrease in the number of funds. Conclusions are drawn on further development of the collective investment market in Russia.

Abstract: In this article, factors of SMEs growth in Russia were investigated. Statistical data, expert opinions and forecasts on the activities of small and medium-sized businesses were analyzed, identified the main factors of liquidation of SMEs, offered solutions to existing problems for more effective business development. For conducting the survey, officially published statistics of the Federal Service of Statistics and the Government of Russia, Federal Laws and Orders of Ministries, information portals and expert interviews were used.
