Abstract: The yuan was included in the list of reserve currencies not so long ago, but although it refers to limited convertible currencies, it still has a great international use, both in international trade transactions and in using the yuan as a reserve currency. The article provides a brief analysis of the historical formation of the yuan currency, as well as an economic analysis of the current situation of the yuan on the world market. The article explores the potential for further strengthening the yuan in the international arena and strengthening its position as a global reserve currency. Also made a forecast of prospects for the expansion of the zone of influence and the use of the yuan on the world stage.

Abstract: The purpose of the article is to analyze the structure of personnel costs management, consideration of methods for managing financial losses in various companies and reasonable determination of the most effective method; the Relevance of the chosen topic is that at the present stage of development of the market economy, planning and analysis of personnel costs is becoming increasingly important for the efficient operation of production. The authors emphasize the importance of science-based approach to the formation of the composition and structure of personnel costs. However, at present, the key point in the study of personnel costs is the management of these costs. A number of theoretical and practical aspects of personnel cost management have already been developed, but a systematic approach has not been developed. Scientific novelty lies in the justification of the conclusion that the most effective method for managing financial losses in the short term is budgeting, strict accounting, analysis and control.
