Abstract: For innovative companies, whose activities are associated with a high risk of financial losses, the task of a comprehensive assessment of financial risks is urgent. The problem of substantiating the most effective methodology for such an assessment is mediated by the lack of special recommendations and standards for assessing financial risks in the scientific literature. Lean startup as a viable methodology for large corporations

Abstract: The article defines the understanding of one of the popular concepts called "lean startup" The methodology of a lean startup as a cyclical process is shown. The author revealed that one of the types of lean startups is high-tech startups of "clean technologies". The conclusion is justified that a lean startup is a viable methodology for large corporations, since the main goal of corporate venture investors is not only financial gain, but also strategic reasons. The results obtained can be used in the process of developing and implementing a lean startup policy by entrepreneurs in the context of high-tech sectors of the Russian economy
