Goodwill as one of the competitive advantages of telecommunications companies

Abstract: The article discusses the concept of goodwill as a part of a company, elements of goodwill. The positive aspects of goodwill for the activities of organizations are considered. The example of the leading companies in the Russian telecommunications market reveals the competitive advantages that goodwill gives, in particular, the dependence of the market sector occupied by a mobile operator on the value of its goodwill is reflected.
