Abstract: The article examines the financial condition of Nornickel, as well as the influence of external factors in the conditions of instability of international relations on the company's activities. By studying the financial statements compiled according to both international and Russian standards, the main indicators of the company's activity are identified. In addition, the author examines the change in the structure of revenue by sales regions and draws conclusions based on the geopolitical situation. Besides, a forecast is given on the situation with the payment of dividends to shareholders based on possible scenarios
