Evaluation of the effectiveness of merchandising methods

Abstract: The Quality Management System (QMS) is defined as a formalized system that documents processes, procedures and responsibilities to achieve quality policies and objectives. The QMS helps to coordinate and guide the activities of the organization to meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements, as well as to continuously improve its efficiency and effectiveness. ISO 9002015, the international standard for quality management system requirements, is the most well-known approach to quality management systems. Although some use the term «QMS» to describe the ISO 9001 standard or groups of documents describing the QMS in detail, it actually refers to the whole system. The documents only describe the system. In this article the analysis of cachet management at «Ashan» trade enterprise is considered, after which the main stages of creation and implementation of QMS were formulated. The main stages of creation, implementation and certification are presented in the recommendatory part of this article, which also formulated measures to improve and optimize QMS in the retail store «Ashan». The main recommendation is to eliminate all existing deficiencies in the field of storage conditions and quality of products, which in turn will lead to improvement and systematization of quality management of «Ashan» LLC.
