Golden parachutes - spare tool of the market for corporate control
Abstract: This work is directed to studying of various aspects of such economical and legal term as «golden parachute» and enterprise practice of work with this tool in the market of corporate control. Dual nature relationship of participants of the transaction on payment of «golden parachutes», dictated on the one hand by the interests of owners of the companies on improvement of quality of management and «insurance» of risks of unfriendly absorption, on the other hand the interests of the shareholders who are receiving less in a section of such payments of a part of possible profits, the interests of the ordinary workers losing possible awards. Due to these need of legislative fixing of regulation of this phenomenon both at the level of the civil and labor law, and at the level of financial interest of both parties for the purpose of minimization of the conflicts of their interests is generated. In addition, in work the operating restrictions of payments of «golden parachutes» are considered, the problem parties of interaction of the state and the organizations for payments of «golden parachutes» under control to him are analyzed.

Payment system Mir, its features and development prospects
Abstract: This article is devoted to the new payment instrument-card «World», created by the National system of payment cards. The launch of the «World» payment card is of great importance for our country, as Russia is subject to great pressure from outside as sanctions. In 2014, Russian specialists began to develop from scratch all the necessary infrastructure for processing intra-Russian operations on cards of third-party payment systems, and did this very difficult work in just 5 months, in full compliance with modern standards of safety of the Ministry of Railways. The purpose of this study is to analyze the merits and demerits of the new «World» payment card, analyze its relevance in Russia, and compare the capabilities of the national payment system with foreign counterparts.

The influence of population’s investment literacy on involvement in Russian securities market
Abstract: The stock market is one of the most attractive sphere of financial market for investors. The necessity of stock market’s development for the state economy is in capital redistribution between its participants, that ensures the investment inflow, and is one of economic development incentives. However, due to lack of financial literacy and mistrust to such type of investment from most of the population, Russian stock exchanges are not competitive enough to enter the list of world's largest stock exchanges and are much inferior to them by capitalization.

Trends in Russian financial market development in digital environment
Abstract: The article observes core terms of modern financial market in digital environment. Russian financial market megaregulator core incentives are analysed. Some propositions of Russian financial market development were given, particularly in FinTech sphere. A practical approach of international institutions, international and Russian companies in FinTech sphere was provided. Moreover, recommendations on financial technologies adaptation were presented in order they could be used to get a competitive advantage.

Characteristics of the reinsurance market in Russia: current state and development trends
Abstract: In this article, the author analyzed the state of the reinsurance market in Russia today. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the main trends in the development of the Russian reinsurance market have been revealed, it is established that one of the main trends is the strengthening of concentration in the reinsurance market. The author highlights the high degree of influence of the Russian National Reinsurance Company on the current state of the reinsurance market. In conclusion, the author identifies the main features in accordance with which the Russian insurance market can develop in the short term.
