States of development of financial cooperation in Russia

Abstract: The article contains a retrospective analysis of the development of financial and credit cooperatives in Russia. During the analysis, four key stages were singled out, starting in 1865, when the first charter of the savings and loan association was maintained. In conclusion, the article highlights the characteristics of the modern development of consumer credit cooperatives in Russia.

Abstract: The article presents the results of the analysis of the Russian Federation external debt structure, dynamic of its parts. It consists of two parts: first part is devoted to current external debt structure of the Russian Federation as of 1 January 2019, second part implies the analysis of external debt and its parts’ dynamic from 2005 to present. Results of the analysis may be used by economists who are interested in the analysis of current external debt of the Russian Federation and its dynamic.

Self-employed as the growth potential of the Russian economy

Abstract: The article presents the rationale for the introduction of a new regime for self-employed persons, describes the effect of its introduction, elaborated the main issues related to the implementation of a national project in the field of small and medium-sized businesses in terms of self-employed persons. The statistical data on the first results of the regime implementation in the pilot regions are presented in the article, and the financial and economic basis for the implementation of the regime for the Russian Federation has been formulated. The results of the analysis can be used in the process of further implementation of a special tax regime for self-employed persons in other regions of Russia.

Abstract: The article is devoted to investment risks in the securities market. The article reveals the features of the securities market in Russia and the risks in the Russian market. The classification of investment risks is also given.
Abstract: The article presents the results of testing several hypotheses of the impact of factors such as the price of oil, the price of gold, inflation, balance of payments and the level of gold and foreign exchange reserves of Center Bank on the exchange rate of ruble. The influence of factors was estimated using the ANOVA analysis. The results of the analysis can be used to stabilize the ruble exchange rate at the state level and to predict the ruble exchange rate on the basis of changes in the mentioned above factors.
