Modern organizations are complex systems operating in a rapidly changing environment, which is a constant source of new opportunities and threats. It is in such conditions that the established methods and technologies stop working, and there is a need to seek state support for small businesses.

Abstract: According to the last deal of "Rosneft-TNK-BP" made in 2013 year, the target-cimpany price established to be $56 bln, which is the biggest MnA deal in Russian history. The research would examine MnA market conditions, analyze the fair price for the target company, and review the projected and actual synergy from the deal. Moreover the research would in details reflect the benefits from combination of assets and further company’s development.

Institutional regulation of the stock market in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The Russian stock market is an integral and important component of the economy as a whole. Only by learning to competently analyze and benefit from lessons, you can achieve planned and stable development of the economy as a whole. The stock market is an important part of the financial system in any economy. If the stock market is poorly developed, a likely situation, that would not have enough funding to create new production capacity, to develop new technologies and new products. As a result, new jobs will not be created, production output and labor productivity will drop, which will lead to the achievement of real incomes and aggregate demand in the economy. As a result, the country's economy can enter a stage of stagnation. Due to economic sanctions imposed on Russia in 2014-2015 from the Western countries, the economy is taking a powerful blow, which has entailed adverse changes in the economy. The stock market did not remain on the sidelines either. The problem of institutional regulation of the stock market in the Russian Federation in the scientific environment has not been sufficiently studied and needs additional research.
Abstract: The article considers the main indicators of the financial results of the company. The procedure of generation of final financial result (net profit) of the enterprise have been described. The main ways of usage of net profit have been identified. The key methods of management of financial results have been reviewed.

Abstract: Underestimation of the planning of entrepreneurial activity leads to great economic losses and even a complete financial collapse. In this regard, when creating a new business, the entrepreneur faces an important task - to plan future activities. The main goal of any business is the creation, expansion and development of the client base, and the result of a properly organized business is making a profit. This is possible only if the enterprise takes a firm position in the market, which is facilitated by planning - the development of strategy and tactics of activity. For effective work it is necessary to have an accurate picture of all the necessary resources: material and labor, intellectual and financial. It is necessary to provide sources of their receipt and evaluate their effectiveness. Attentive attitude to intrafirm planning is dictated by the economic situation of today, and the business plan is the most progressive form of such planning.
